Complete Inspection and evaluation.
Free estimate of repairs needed.
All parts are thoroughly cleaned in our hot tank and/or sandblasted to remove rust and grime.
Fresh grease and lubrication will be applied to all necessary parts.
All repaired tools undergo rpm/torque/performance testing to ensure operation within OEM specifications.
Direct attention is given to the outer appearance of your tool via polishing or paint. So, in a sense you're getting a completely refurbished tool at the expense of a standard repair.

Our torque testing capabilities for Assembly Tools are as follows:
5 - 3,000 inch pounds / 1-250 foot pounds / 1-399 Newton meters
Our torque testing capabilities for Impacting Air Tools are:
50 Ft.Lbs. up to 2,500 Ft. Lbs.
All hoists (manual, electric, air, etc.) undergo load testing to 125% of stated capacity.
Water damage and rust are the biggest single factor affecting Construction Tool reliability and longevity.
Calibration documentation with N.I.S.T. traceability can be furnished upon request to assure compliance with your ISO requirements.
